**GroundUp Property Group is a small, family run business, who offers 24/7 nationwide contractor providing, covering all disciplines.**

We are looking for someone who is dynamic and ambitious, as we anticipate the role growing as the business continues to expand both in volume of work, our customer base and the areas of the industry we work within. We have grown hugely over the last 18 months and we wish to continue the momentum.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Demonstrable experience in a similar role OR experience within a sales or target driven background
- Previous experience within a customer service role
- High level of computer literacy
- The ability to prioritise your workload effectively
- A background in facilities/property maintenance would be highly beneficial

You will be working in a fast paced energic environment and have good organisational skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Generation of new business
- Developing a sustained pipeline of clients
- Maximizing revenue and opportunity from new opportunities
- Generating accurate and timely quotations/proposals for new clients
- Following up on quotations and proposals
- Supporting various roles within the office environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
