**LOCATION**:Hythe, Kent
**HOURS OF WORK**:35 hours per week; Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
**CONTRACT**:Permanent
**SALARY**:Range between £20,000 - £25,000

**THE ROLE**:

- Accountable for Sales and Administration to key accounts and new business development
- Developing new business relationships that have been generated through the field sales team in accordance with KPIs
- Identifying business opportunities with existing longstanding accounts and new clients
- To effectively deliver a high standard of customer service and administration to all Laser clients in accordance with SLAs
- Re-engaging with past customers and continually monitoring sales and revenue
- Liaising with stakeholders at all levels with effective communication
- Assist in the preparation, review, and analysis of weekly reports and meetings to assess and support commercial growth
- Ensuring all data and information is kept up to date
- Manage regular and routine correspondence with various departments throughout the business
- Promote core company values across the business

**THE PERSON**:

- Previous Sales and Admin experience (B2B desirable)
- Proven administration, multi-tasking, organisation, and prioritising skills are key
- Outstanding telephone and customer service skills
- Ability to exceed sales targets
- A desire for continuous personal and professional development
- Able to work under pressure and detail oriented
- A confident, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual
- Strong time management and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with Salesforce CRM (desirable)
- Driving licence required

As a Group, we have heavily invested this year in our commercial activity and are now looking to grow our sales team to help generate revenue. We have invested in the Number 1 CRM system and are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the passion to develop and grow with the business.
