**The post holder will work as part of Baxter College improvement team to**:
- Ensure our students experience a high quality, enriched curriculum that inspires
- Increase the cultural and social capital of our learners through extra curricular activities
- Support collaborative, shared strategy for improvement in schools.
- Support school improvement initiatives in the trust.
