**Regional Administrator - Luton**

We are searching for a **Regional Administrator **to join our catering division, Radish - a Contract Catering Company where we believe food is at the heart of every community and we really value our staff.

**As a Regional Administrator you’ll be**:

- To work as part of the administration team to assist in the efficient and effective operation of the office and business
- To Support the Operations Director with any administrative tasks including printing, arranging meetings, ordering equipment, collating information.
- To assist with the organisation of meetings and events, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made
- Ordering ad-hoc items for sites, events and sales tenders when required
- Support Operational team during mobilisations of catering contracts including producing start up boxes, stationery orders, equipment ordering etc.
- Support with formatting PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and Sales tenders when required.
- Manage the shared admin mailbox, responding to internal queries and actioning requests.
- Get involved with the group Business Administration meetings to understand any changes to processes and share with Radish Team

**As a Regional Administrator you’ll have**:

- Excellent organisational skills and preferably some experience of working in an office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates an “investigative” and “can do” approach and attitude to all tasks
- Ability to work as part of a small team, whilst demonstrating initiative and ability to work independently when required
- Good organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a changing and growing organisation
- Computer literacy is key, with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
