An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a talented manager to operate the Talent and Culture initiatives for this fantastic dynamic creative agency.
Core Responsibilities:
- You will need to implement and deliver the agency's culture plans (alongside an organisational support committee)
- Culture plans include:
- Executing monthly wellbeing events
- Organising bi quarterly team events
- Managing twice yearly all agency events
- Ad hoc culture gatherings in house
- Support on planned client events and visits
- A remote culture event every quarter
- Working with large set budgets and managing the reporting and efficiency of use
- Creating a positive and high performing environment for everyone to work in
- Reflecting the culture through content creation and sharing on owned channels
- Ensuring inclusion in all culture events and consideration to of staff
You will need to manage and report on the agency's training programme across all departments and staff.
- Working with all level of line managers to review progression plans for individuals
- Managing budgets and reporting upon
- Organising and purchasing training programmes
- Creating optimisations and efficiency across shared training
- Ensuring training outputs from individuals such as presentations and content
You will need to attract, plan for and onboard new talent.
- Working closely with local recruiters and headhunters - creating your own relationships and ensuring they are attracting the very best talent
- Working with line managers to create job descriptions
- Working to identify correct channels and partnerships to launch recruitment on
- Managing the studio to create relevant content and promotion of recruitment
- Creating reporting on the recruitment status across all departments
- Work to ensure you have full understanding and operate within appropriate UK employment regulations
- Manage recruitment and talent budgets with reporting on
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in similar role across culture and talent acquisition
- You would ideally have agency experience or exposure

- A highly motivated and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to connect with different senior levels and communicate consistently and appropriately
- Ability to plan, prioritise and perform tasks under pressure
- A passion for a positive culture in the workplace and an innovative approach in creating events that reflect the agency (and its high expectations)
- Ability to create relationships with third parties - comfortable with networking
- The ability to follow instruction and confidence in asking questions to clarify
