A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Team Co-ordinator to join an award-winning architectural practice in the city of London. This will be a key role within the practice, and you will be providing first class support to project leaders and their teams toenable them to run efficient and well organised projects, allowing their concentration on delivering exceptional architecture. The Team achieves its collective aims through working together, high levels of service to colleagues and clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting the team with diary management
- Arranging meetings - booking venues, refreshments, equipment
- Setting up internal design or technical review
- Document management
- Arranging building tours
- Arranging travel flights, hotels, car hire, trains, visas and insurance for domestic and overseas travel
- Organising studio reviews and gathering the information from across the practice
- Attending key quarterly meetings such as Committee Meetings, Risk Management Meetings, Group Forums.
- Uploading team information and articles on the intranet,
- Supporting the team to update their weekly time sheets and monthly expenses, raising purchase order requests and making purchases for the team
- Manage and book all training for the team
- Arranging social events
- Ad hoc administration as required by the team
**Experience Required**
- Proven team support or secretarial experience in previous roles
- Excellent IT skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and photoshop is preferred
- Fast, accurate touch-typing Minimum 60 wpm
