Project Support Assistant

**Role**

As the Project Support Assistant, you will be joining Hughes and Associates at an exciting time of growth. This will be a new role to be supporting the smooth running of different areas of the business and assisting internal staff completing works.

This will mainly revolve around updating internal software, customer interaction and reporting, staff movements, data entry. Additionally, proofing and collation of handover documentation will be a requisite of the role.

**Responsibilities**
- Reading and understanding of job specifications and locales
- Liaising with operatives for completion information
- Assisting with project set up
- Assisting with sign off of completed works
- Running and providing reports and updates
- Data entry and management
- Recording of Staff and operatives movements for lone working
- Other duties as and when required by the business
- Preparing programme updates

**Qualifications**

This role would suit someone with the following experience;
Experience of using bespoke online systems would be beneficial

Some Knowledge of construction materials may be advantageous

Data management with an emphasis on Excel and word competencies

Strong Computer and Communication Skills

High levels of Numeracy and Attention to Detail

A suitable level of literacy and ability to proof read documents

Customer Service

**Working hours**

Working hours are between 8.30am to 4.30pm although you may be required to work longer hours on occasions. These may change as the role becomes established

Monday to Friday working

**Salary and Benefits**
- Salary expectation Between £22-28k depending on experience
- 20 Days holiday plus bank holidays. Increasing based on length of service
- Pension

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
