About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Home Support Matters. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults in a supported living environment, promoting their independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene, ensuring the individual's physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Cook and prepare meals, promoting healthy eating habits and social interaction.
  • Support with domestic tasks, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Administer medication as needed, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Complete care logs, documenting the individual's progress and any concerns.
  • Encourage skill development and independence, empowering the individual to reach their full potential.
Shift Details

Morning shifts run from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, available Monday to Sunday, with a minimum requirement of every other weekend. Additional hours are available on a bank basis to cover holidays and sickness.
