**Duties**:
- Applies official regulations to cash management and accountability.
- Performs routine cash receipt and disbursement.
- Performs daily cash reconciliation, balancing and auditing of receipts. Ensures proper cash management via electronic and double-entry bookkeeping techniques.
- Troubleshoots routine actions by verifying audit trails and correcting errors. Recognizes trends or other problems in cash management.
- Prepares bank deposits and follows proper procedures for handling of foreign currency. Generates sales reports and processes daily financial data.
- Accepts reservations for club specialty programs and membership events. Maintains key controls. Assists in the control of the slot machine program.
- In absence of the supervisor, conducts and documents weekly alarm checks, coordinates work operations, carries out training, advises staff of policies, procedures, and goals of management.
- Other related duties as assigned by manager.

- **Qualifying Experience**:
- Progressively responsible experience in clerical duties of receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items, including direct handling of cash items and use of cash accountability control methods.
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
- Skill in dealing with the public.
