Francesca’s Recruitment are currently partnering with a fantastic white collar business who are on the look out for an outgoing and skilled HR Officer, to come and join their team based in Worksop.

**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000

Worksop - Location

This is an fantastic role for a self motivated and driven HR professional who is looking to grow their career within a social and dynamic HR team. This role will play a key part in the business from supporting managers with all aspects of recruitment and on-boarding, assisting with ER matters and getting involved with various ad-hoc projects.

Key duties
- Various recruitment duties including; supporting the end to end process at manager level.
- Update and maintain the HR system/ data ensuring everything is recorded accurately.
- Assisting with various ER matters, providing key first line support to line manager and employees throughout the business.
- Supporting with the team HR ad-hoc projects and be able to understand and communicate company policies and procedures to staff throughout the wider team.

Skill set
- Working towards or hold a qualification in CIPD would be advantageous.
- Previous experience working in a HR department
- Previous experience/ knowledge of the recruitment process.
- Be a personable and self motivated individual who is able to build strong relationships and is approachable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,716.16-£35,000.00 per year
