We are looking for a
**Quality Assurance Officer **for our client based in the South East. The role would be based in the Adults Service. This is a critical role for Safeguarding Partnership in ensuring it fulfils its role in quality assuring the effectiveness of local Safeguarding system across all agencies working with children and adults with care and support needs.
You will oversee and facilitate activity to deliver on the Safeguarding Partnerships annual programme of work and to become involved in strategic planning and activities towards supporting multi-agency practitioner learning and development.

**Main purpose of the job role**:
- The development, review and ongoing maintenance of the Safeguarding Partnership Performance and Quality Assurance Framework and ensure the company’s statutory duties are fulfilled and exceeded.- Review information from quality assurance activity undertaken and act on emerging develop and disseminate this to deliver high quality multi-agency safeguarding and service improvements.- Lead on design, planning and management of the multi-agency quality assurance processes for the children and adults Safeguarding Partnership- Lead work with senior managers in all partner agencies to plan, design and implement the multi-agency performance and quality assurance process. Design and implement audit tools and other approaches, quality assurance frameworks and impact monitoring processes to ensure that they are effective and that there is understanding and consistency in approaches across all agencies.- Lead on analysing and identifying the impactof lessons learnt from statutory processes such as child safeguarding practice reviews, safeguarding adult reviews, learning reviews, and audit activity for dissemination across partnership- You will have a broad range of information such as statistical data, audit information, research evidence, and feedback from services users to understand the impact of the multiagency arrangements.- To ensure action plans, targets and deadlines are issued where gaps are identified through the quality assurance activities undertaken to ensure services are operating to and above expected standards.- Produce reports for the Partnership to enable stakeholders to make intelligence led discussions with accurate information in which to base its deliberations and plans.**Job Requirements**:
You must have a Level 6 (degree level) Qualification or equivalent in a relevant policing, social care or healthcare discipline such as DIPSW, RGN/RMN.
You will have previous proven experience and/or extensive knowledge of operational governance of multiagency partnership working and monitoring of standards to ensure compliance with statutory guidance and/or a regulated environment. In addition you will have proven experience in demonstrating results through the quality and impact of the services on improving outcome for children and adults with support needs.
You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at senior level to frontline practice and service users. You will also have a high level of literacy and experience of report writing and action plans.
You will need to be self-motivated and driven to achieve the highest quality standards.
