Installations Coordinator

We are recruiting for an experienced **Installations Co-ordinator** to join our expanding Service Provision division.
Dynamix Group is a small and successful business in which we take great pride in designing, manufacturing, and installing innovative retail displays for leading UK businesses nationwide
Operating in a small team, you will be working in a varied role to ensure the smooth running and growth of the Service Provision business.
**Installations Co-ordinator Responsibilities;**
- Planning of contractors for Installations Projects throughout the UK for our main clients.
- Management of a team of Foreman & Fitters who will be working nationwide on installations and refurbishment projects.
- Communicating with the on-site teams to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
- Dealing with any on site issues quickly and effectively
- Liaising and coordinating project activities with principle contractors, client representatives and other specialist subcontractors
- Liaise with clients and contractors throughout each project and ensure company policies are implemented throughout the duration of the project.
- Produce weekly reports of current projects and completion dates for the clients and team.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients
- Recruit teams of fitters of varying skill sets to complete works
- Attend sites where suitable to ensure projects are on time and also to keep in contact with our teams on site.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to demonstrate planning and organising skills.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills
- Be able to adapt well to change
- Experience within an installation’s environment is desirable.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work logically and systematically
- Pro-active and self-motivated; ability to use initiative and escalate issues when appropriate
- General computer literacy; good working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
**Salary**: £18,000 - £25,000 per annum - dependent on experience
Hours: 8am - 5pm (out of hours calls when required)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
