**Description of Duties and Responsibilities**

**Section 1: Purpose of the role**:
To provide the Transdev Airport Services organisation with a comprehensive administration service to meet the needs of the business.

**Section 2: Responsibilities**:
**Customer Focus**:The post holder will be responsible for engaging effectively with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders and will adopting a professional and courteous approach to their day-to-day duties.

**Self-Direction**:The post holder will remain responsive to the changing needs of their daily activities acting in a proactive and efficient manner to make the most efficient use of the resources available, whilst maintaining effective communication with their colleagues at all times.

**Process Management**:The post holder will be assisting in reviewing and identifying potential process improvements in their day to activities, offering possible solutions where appropriate.

**Use of Systems**:The post holder will be effective at using a wide range of IT systems

**Resource Management**:The post holder will have a proactive approach to team working and possess good organisational and time management skills
- Undertake general administration duties to include filing and note taking at meetings
- Handle general enquires (lost property, etc)
- Ensure that all new starter paperwork is obtained and that employees are progressed through their induction process
- Prepare employee related correspondence
- Collate, check and upload passenger count and Compliance Inspector logs
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations, including month end reporting
- Organise medicals for employees, book CPC courses, and submission of ADP documentation
- Uniform ordering and distribution
- Collation and completion of payroll related paper work
- Collation and submission of times sheets for agency staff
- Ensuring that all personnel records are accurately maintained and up-to-date
- Order office stationery and depot supplies
- Monitor training requirements and maintain training matrix

**Role Requirements**:

- Excellent team player who is able to work independently as required
- Proven track record of working in a comparable or similar role
- Good IT skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft based systems
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Good level of education, including Maths and English to at least GCSE level

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Hounslow, TW6 2DN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
