**Summary of the Junior Designer role**

As a Junior Designer you will have an obsession for design, you'll follow trends, and show an interest in a wide range of design disciplines, across brand, print and digital. We'll need you to be hungry, and have a strong desire to learn and progress through the team.

An understanding of the foundations of typography, layout and hierarchy of messaging is a must.

In this role you will be working primarily with the internal IMA-HOME marketing team, but also on client work where needed.

**Some responsibilities of the Junior Designer role will include**
- Responsible for creating and developing internal and external IMA-HOME comms, as well as working on client briefs
- Following key visuals set out by the Senior Designer, as well as guidelines, to implement projects
- Able to work at a pace that allows time for development and review before the final deadline
- Setting up documents to a print, or digital standard, and learning to comfortably work from production specs
