We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team to take on a wide variety of admin and accounts responsibilities and ensure the smooth running of our Holme on Spalding Moor office. The role will involve working closely with our Sales and Engineering Departments in a busy office/retail environment.

**Job Duties**:

- Reception duties (including answering incoming calls and scheduling engineers’ appointments).
- Banking.
- Follow up on phone calls and contacts as appropriate.
- Process expenses and supplier invoices.
- Prepare customer invoices and manage customer accounts.
- File and archive accurate records.
- Contact suppliers.
- Arrange travel and accommodation plans for engineers when required.
- Book-in and out stock when required.
- Greet customers face-to-face when required.
- Collate weekly and monthly supplier reports.

**Job Requirements**:

- Prior administration experience essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (in particularly Excel)
- Good communication skills (Both Verbal and Written).
- Professional telephone manner.
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Exceptional organisation skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Appropriate mathematical skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent and accurate data entry skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Clean driving licence.

**Please Note**:This is a Full-Time Position (Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,800.00-£25,000.00 per year
