Office Administrator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
This is a crucial role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Ensuring clients' information is thoroughly checked using the utmost attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Transferring this information onto Will Writing software with the same efficient accuracy and precision.
- Answer telephone calls as part of the overflow system. Deal with all enquiries in a professional manner, taking messages as required.
- Collation of information packs and guides when needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Accuracy with good attention to detail
- Good computer and keyboard skills
- A good level of English spelling and grammar
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High level of discretion and judgement
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
£12.40 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
