This role would suit someone who loves working with customers, enjoys talking with people and has a desire to go "above and beyond" to ensure customer satisfaction.
Working within a team of 8, you will be responsible for a range of customer related tasks, to include order processing, dealing with enquiries, chasing deliveries and CRM management. You will work closely with both internal and external parties
- Previous experience within an office-based customer service environment
- A proactive mindset and have a desire to offer exceptional service to customers in a timely manner
- Excellent IT skills
- Great attention to detail
- Fantastic telephone skills
- An interest in science related or medical fields, or experience in working within a role which has links to these areas
