We are a main contractor delivering full turn key construction services for residential new build developments and refurbishments in the South East.
**Objective**
- Ensure responsibility for the office and its functionality
- Exceptional administration ensuring effective delivery from the business
- Create efficiency through an organised and planned approach

- Reduce costs
- Promote a professional work ethic and service to our customers, clients, stakeholders, suppliers and contractors
The hours of work will be Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. As the role dictates, hours outside of the ones set out above may occasionally become necessary and we would expect these be worked as part of the salary.
**Role & Responsibilities**
- Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls
- Open incoming post, logging.
- Take outgoing post to post office
- Managing diary
- Organise and manage general office tasks and day to day running
- Assisting Accounts to include;
- Input invoices
- Matching delivery tickets
- Raising payment runs
- Raising purchase orders
- Sending remittances
- Dealing with invoice queries
Compilation, final entry and periodic reviews of PQQ’s.
- Check suppliers records are up-to-date with their provision of information.
- Get insurance certificates and other verifications from suppliers.
- Liaise with agents, suppliers and contractors as required
- Raising some orders for sites.
- Recording of employee’s daily attendance.
- Organise staff inductions and training
- Uploading information onto drop-box and acting as custodian
- Printing off drawings
- Minute taking
- Organising corporate events
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: £13,314.00-£27,757.00 per year
