My Client is a rapidly growing business bringing digital technology to the global insurance marketplace. Their technology is deployed in some of the worlds leading insurers globally including UK, USA Europe, etc providing clients with enhanced customer serviceand productivity. My client is planning substantial expansion over the months and years.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team to perform a Pre-Sales role and join a forward-thinking, digitally enabled company.

Job details and responsibilities:

- Supporting new business sales with technical expertise when engaging business development opportunities globally
- Managing professional relationships with Clients and System Integrators
- Leading pilot and proof-of-concept implementations
- Defining new solutions with in-house products
- Assisting with new feature definitions for development as required
- Ensuring the delivery of new implementations is to the appropriate level of quality and timely
- Delivering presentations and hosting workshops with Clients to design and implement new solutions through configuration of in-house products
- Coordinating, testing and deployment of solutions as per client deadlines
- Providing constant and proactive ongoing communication with Clients
- Troubleshooting integrations with existing systems
- Reporting on progress to the senior leadership team

You will be:

- 3+ years previous experience in pre-sales engineering
- Demonstrable experience in a project management, technical administration, or related field role
- Able to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences alike
- Able to work proactively and cooperatively across multiple functional teams
- Experience of delivering technical projects in complex environments
- Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer orientation skills with a professional, "can-do" attitude.
- History of being a team player as well as a self-starter and self-motivated
- Ability to prioritise and stay organised
- Well-developed computer skills in MS Office/Professional suites including Excel, Project and Visio

You must have good communication skills and excellent attention to detail is a must.
