**Responsibilities**:
**Marketing**
- Act as support to both Head of Marketing and Marketing Services Executive.
- Regular data update and maintenance on Oracle system.
- Mass uploads of information to Oracle system for new seasons.
- Requesting of new item numbers via the GP coding system.
- Raising of POs for marketing activity.
- Maintaining and updating information on the A&P budget system.
- Supporting the marketing team with creation of presentations.
- Maintaining updates to the Flair website e.g new brands/products.
- Event support - packing, organising samples and assistance with the set up.
- Support with merchandising of the office showroom.
- Maintaining updates to the Flair YouTube channel and LinkedIn feed.

**Finance**
- Act as support to both Financial Controller and Financial Accountant.
- Under the supervision of Financial Accountant, assisting in the following:

- Managing the Accounts Sales ledger.
- Opening post & banking.
- Cash allocation to Customer Accounts.
- Chasing overdue accounts by letter & telephone as required.
- Sending out customer Statements (when system allows)
- Act as cover to Financial Accountant, helping with payment of invoices through Barclays Business Internet Banking.
- Working with finance team on the KPMG half year and year end audits particularly revenue testing.

® Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and challenge at all levels.

® Good PC skills - Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook mandatory.

® A good standard of numerical ability and computer literacy

® Ability to manage multiple priorities; must be flexible and able to operate in a dynamic environment.

® Demonstrate initiative, confidence, and a pro-active approach.

® Demonstrate an organised work environment.

® Working knowledge of Access Database; SAP/Oracle not essential but would be an advantage.

**Other**:

- Monthly credit control and preparation for marketing events may require extended work hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
