British Garden Centres is a well-known large UK retailer known for its high-quality customer service, plants, and restaurants. As a growing family business, we are driven to have the best quality customer service in our Garden Centres.

We are currently looking for a Garden Centre Team Member at our Ongar Garden Centre. As a team member you will play a fundamental role in ensuring customers leave our centres happy whilst taking pride in ensuring our centres are looking their best.

This role will be for a minimum of 25 hours per week with regular weekend working and plenty of opportunity to work overtime.

**Requirements of the Role**:

- Strong communication skills
- Be dedicated to high standards of customer service
- Must be self-motivated and have a good knowledge of plants

**Duties will include**:

- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Taking cash and card payments on the tills
- Ensuring plants are well maintained.
- Ensuring the centre is kept tidy and stock is presented professionally
