You'll be based at our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire on average one day a week, with the ability to work from home for the remainder of the week.

**HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE**
- Working closely with Senior CRM Manager and Junior CRM Manager to implement and optimise lifecycle programs for Katie Loxton
- Working closely with the Junior CRM Manager to optimise channel activity - including implementing A/B tests, data capture and list growth initiatives
- Working collaboratively with the CRM Coordinator for Joma Jewellery sharing insights and ideas
- Supporting with broader brand projects where required

**THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING**
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail environment
- Previous experience using an ESP (Ometria or similar)
- SMS experience beneficial but not essential
- Experience using Google Analytics
- Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS
- Highly analytical with a flair for using data to make recommendations and implement new initiatives
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a keen eye for detail

**PERFECTLY PACKAGED**
- A salary of £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
- 25 days holiday rising to 27 with length of service, plus bank holiday
