We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Housing Strategy and Projects Officer to join our brilliant new Strategic Housing Service whose ambition is to deliver on the aims set out in our housing strategies and the promises we make to our customers. About the role.

This Housing Strategy and Projects Officer role will provide a fantastic opportunity for the postholder to provide support in developing our strategies and delivering on our strategic projects including areas such as anti-social behaviour, affordable housing, homelessness and regeneration.

We are looking for someone who has experience of delivering projects where required outcomes and targets are achieved, who can formulate and implement plans of action. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, including with our partners and contractors. You will have effective research and analytical skills and be able to identify problems and find solutions.

This is a really exciting time to join our Strategic Housing service as we embark on a journey of change to deliver our wider Housing Improvement Programme and the postholder will play a significant role in improving outcomes for our residents, including those who are most vulnerable.
