A well-established, multi-disciplinary Building Consultancy are looking to add a client facing Senior Building Surveyor to their growing Preston office.

**The Senior Building Surveyor Role**

This well-established consultancy are looking for a talented Senior Building Surveyor to carry out tasks including:

- condition surveys
- specifications
- use of AutoCAD

Working across a variety of sectors and on projects of various sizes. However their focus lies predominantly within the Education sector where they have designed a number of buildings for primary schools, secondary schools and colleges.

**The Senior Building Surveyor**

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be a strong number two to the company's Director, supporting staff, liaising with clients, and building strong relationships.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working within a Consultancy
- A Building Surveying Degree
- MRICS or wanting to work towards APC is beneficial but not required
- Experience working on Education projects

**In Return?**

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

- £50,000 - £60,000
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
