Preston, United Kingdom Confido Consult Full time

A leading Approved Inspector is newly seeking an experienced Building Control Surveyor (or Warranty Inspector) to service development sites in the Preston area (patch also includes Blackburn and Blackpool areas).

**The Role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an existing & successful patch with a good variety of project types and low workload (the opening is only due to a retirement). This business truly offers something unique, evident by their low targets, flexibility and significant investment in training/development. Subsequently, it is no surprise they offer one of the best staff retention rates in the industry.

As a reward for the value you bring to the business, you will have a very realistic opportunity at a 10% annual bonus (if the low targets are met), nearly £5000 Car Allowance, 45p/mile, 38 days total leave, enhanced pension, private healthcare, life insurance and more.
