As a Contact Centre Advisor with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers, you will be joining our hardworking and passionate Contact Centre Team that prides itself on delivering our customers a first-class customer experience.

**A bit about the role**:
Our Contact Centre is a multi-skilled team, therefore whilst your specialism will be Inbound Sales, you will have the brilliant opportunity to be cross trained in Technical and Customer Services we provide within the department, meaning you can give overflow support in those areas, when required. You’ll also be trained to work in our showroom, providing cover when needed to support customers with their queries and hardware needs.

During your time as a Contact Centre Advisor, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and hands-on experience with our product range during your initial training period. Throughout your time with us there will also be multiple opportunities to take on market recognised training from our partners such as Microsoft, Intel and Nvidia.

Our Contact Centre is one of the departments where you will really get a chance to be at the heart of what we deliver for our customers, giving you the opportunity to feel like you are making a real difference to our business and customers alike.

**What we need from you**:
We need bags of enthusiasm, with a friendly, positive can-do attitude. You will thrive on helping customers and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Previous retail sales experience would be an advantage, to help you settle into the role quickly. A good level of IT technical knowledge is required to support our customers with the technical needs they may have.

Team working skills are also essential, you will enjoy building strong working relationships with departments across the business. You will also be someone who is flexible, adaptable and enjoys getting stuck in.

Sales Support is a mix of brilliantly passionate people who share a common focus in doing the best for our customers. The team work a couple of days in the office together and often celebrate being in the office with food The rest of the week they work from home but still maintain close contact to keep the team buzz alive. There's always a good chat on the go and fun vibes, in-between ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences. They are looking forward to having someone new join the team
