**Why this role is important to us**
Experian Consumer Services (ECS) are the team behind your Experian Free Credit Score, Experian Boost, and the advanced Credit Expert product. ECS Technology are part of an agile business unit within Experian that has been through a complete technical and organisational transformation.
We're looking for a Product Owner to join our Score and Report team.
**Work that matters - What you’ll be doing**
The Product Owner - Score and Report will represent the Product Management team within the technical development group, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood, estimated, and prioritised, ensuring alignment of concepts and features across the business.
You will build & socialise a product and technical road map for the Score and Report domain technical teams, giving a clear insight into the work they are delivering in current quarter and beyond, engaging technical leads early in feature creation, giving them time and autonomy to help shape technical solutions, whilst actively removing blockers or answering unknowns to drive successful deliveries.
Key deliverables will include overseeing quarterly delivery, keeping it on track, whilst maintaining a pipeline of planning for the coming quarter, giving confidence in readiness to the technical team.

**What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian**
- Ability to clearly communicate, influence and engage with engineering, product and other key stakeholders
- A passion, determination, and tenacity to drive change at pace, whilst actively managing risks, challenges & prioritisation calls
- Ability to work alongside the development team whilst being part of the wider Product function, being the conduit that translates the Product vision and roadmap into technical delivery, ensuring business goals & intent is fully understood
- An understanding of a regulated business and how it operates would be advantageous but not mandatory

- Experience in a back-end product owner role,
- Experience of working with agile methodologies and best practices
- Experience of working in cross disciplinary teams to deliver outstanding results
- Strong ability to make trade-off and prioritisation decisions, which requires a good sense of what is technically feasible
- Experience in a role that required collaboration, influencing others, and required building trust, in a complex and matrix environment
