**HR/ People Advisor Responsibilities**:

- Manage industrial staff ER casework, including complex disciplinary/grievance hearings
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the business
- Support recruitment activity
- Provide active supervisory support and guidance to People Operations Administrator to fulfil employee life cycle responsibilities
- Take ownership of the absence management procedure for both short term and long term absence
- Make recommendations for lean process improvements and integrated ways of working
- Support projects implementation and delivery
- Provide opportunities for coaching and mentoring
- Deliver training initiatives and support the PDR process
- Offer advice on a variety of HR queries
- Undertake aswell as participate in periodic internal and external HR audits to ensure legal compliance maintained
- Be a role model for Wealmoor upholding the values of the company

**HR/ People Advisor Requirements**:

- **You will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance**:

- Experience working in HR within food, manufacturing, agriculture or FMCG industry
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- CIPD qualification (Desirable)
- Union experience (Desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Intermediate Word, Outlook and Excel experience
- Intermediate knowledge of employment law to include working time regulations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work flexibility and collaboratively
- Understanding the need and importance of confidentiality in dealing with all HR issues
