Vibe Recruit is seeking a **Production Administrator **for one of our manufacturing clients based in Port Talbot priding itself on low staff turnover and friendly working environment with opportunities to progress to join their fast-paced administration team. The role involves working with office and production teams to co-ordinate administration and logistic of orders throughout production.

**Production Administrator - Main Duties**
- Providing general office administration, such as order entry, maintenance of spreadsheets/electronic files & report preparation
- Administration of allocated customer accounts and building rapport
- Liaising with teams throughout the organisation to ensure the efficient co-ordination of orders through production and providing updates to customers.

- Experience in office administration, preferably within a production environment
- Good team player with strong work ethic
- Great attention to details and strong communication skills

Hours of work:
**Week 1**

Monday to Thursday: 7:30AM - 5:30PM, early finish on Friday

**Week 2**

Monday to Thursday: 7:30AM - 5:30PM, Friday off
