Swinburne Automotive Engineers is looking for a Service Advisor. Swinburnes are well established expanding garage that pride themselves on good customer service. We are looking for the right service advisor who has experience in the motor trade. either in parts, workshop or service advisor.

They need to answer calls and make bookings, Order and parts and make invoices. They must be good with people and feed information from the reception to the workshop or management.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

**Desired Experience and Education**
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation, ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
