As **Associate (Banking & Payments)** **you will play a key role within the Fund Accounting team at PATRIZIA.

The role has two main purposes:

- to be the responsible person for all matters related to the banking system
- to be the responsible person for payments

There are two Associates in London fulfilling this role and working as a team.

**Your Responsibilities**

Banking responsibilities:

- Coordination and execution of bank account openings at national and international credit institutions (KYC processes, FATCA, CRS, data transfer, account authorizations)
- Administration of bank accounts and account authorizations
- Creation and maintenance of account overviews
- Implementation of online payment transactions
- Monitor and test interest calculations on fund level debt subscription lines
- Support of financial accounting on a case-by-case basis
- Prepare month end bank reconciliations for sign off
- Prepare monthly cash reports for sign off

Payment responsibilities:

- Manage the approval process of invoices
- Deal with supplier queries
- Check the availability of funds prior to execution of payment runs
- Post payments in the SUN system

Ad hoc responsibilities:

- Deal with income post
- Assist Fund Accountants with Controls report
- Support a system implementation when the business is ready to implement
- Prepare Asset Recs at the end of the financial year for Funds
- Participation in project work
