**Key Responsibilities**
- Support with the preparation of marketing materials for pitches, buy
- and sell-side transactions, and other client meetings
- Prepare company valuations and financial analyses using a variety of valuation methodologies
- Perform company and market research and prepare accompanying analyses
- Assist deal-teams with the execution of live buy
- and sell-side transactions

**Qualifications**
- Excellent academic record from a top-tier university
- High level of motivation and capacity for teamwork
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Passion for excellence and attention to detail

**Additional Information**
- Internships are offered for a duration of 6 months; this internship will commence at the beginning of January 2024 until the end of June 2024
- Successful interns will be considered for full-time positions to join the incoming Analyst class
