Exciting Opportunity to support the Recruitment of new staff through targeted social media advertising and promotion.

You will provide a comprehensive social media and marketing support across the Recruitment and Employment Services Department working alongside team members ensuring a high customer service level is maintained.

Support and training will be provided to enable the post holder to develop their skills in the area. This will be through regular supervision and will attend study sessions and meet with an assessor from the apprenticeship provider to gain an apprenticeship qualification in Level 3 Marketing.

The post is a 24-month fixed term contract on 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday) with time for formal study towards the apprenticeship.

The post holder will be trained to carry out all aspects of marketing and social media advertising for the Recruitment and Employment Services Department including working with a wide variety of social media platforms to promote roles across the Trust.

**The Apprentice will**:
Attend college/study sessions as required.

Work with an assessor/mentor to develop a work-based portfolio.

Undertake work-based assessments.

Complete assignments/projects relating to their apprenticeship standards.

Present evidence portfolios for assessment within specific time frameworks.

Supporting the Trust’s efforts to develop and facilitate effective Recruitment communications and marketing for social media channels.

Contribute to a professional internal and external Recruitment communications and marketing service.
- Support effective recruitment communications and Marketing within the organisation using the full range of tools available.
- Ensure that Recruitment communications and marketing are consistent with the Trust’s communications themes, priorities and objectives, and communication standards.
- Contribute content to a full range of recruitment communication tools including social media channels, NHS Jobs, Indeed, LinkedIn and other job boards and channels
- Assisting with the production of recruitment newsletters and promotional items and writing for, proofing and editing other posts.
- Overseeing and carrying out mailings, as required.
- Support recruitment social networking campaigns and monitor them.
- Update content on web and staff portal sites.
- Support internal recruitment communications campaigns, as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Nursing Recruitment Manager.
- Assist with the production of recruitment promotional items.
