Our client is looking for a Financial Administrator to provide supportive administrative services to the Wealth Advisors and to be the first point of contact with the Client Liaison team in order to deliver a first-class service to clients.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
- Arrangingclient meetingsand managing the Consultants diaries.
- Workingwith the Client Liaison and Paraplanning Team to produce client reports.
- Dealing with finance queries - invoices, billing, WIP, commissions, etc.
- Being thefirst point of contact for clients -handlinggeneral queries and escalatingcomplex queries to the Consultant.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous Financial or/and Professional Services experience.
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Office programmes-Word, Exceland PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
