Recruit UK is working with a Financial Planning firm with multiple offices across the West Midlands, that are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join their team. The firm pride themselves on delivering quality financial advice and have a strong reputation within the industry.

**Duties will include**:

- Processing new business
- Fund switches
- Diary management
- Client liaison
- Working alongside shareholders and Financial Advisers
- Client meeting packs
- Valuations

**Skills and experience required**:

- Previous experience in a Financial Planning Administrator position
- Experience with Intelligent Office
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as a team
