Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will perform a range of tasks including processing payments, preparing financial statements, paying vendor invoices, and completing VAT returns.

  • Enter data into accounting software or databases and file hard copies.
  • Prepare financial reports to show business income and expenditure.
  • Track bank account balances and pay vendor invoices on time.
  • Verify the accuracy of business accounts and report any discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare employee wages and manage expense claims.
  • Support the Accountant with administrative duties.
