**JOB DESCRIPTION**
LondonCryo specialises in providing Whole Body Cryotherapy treatments for sports, fitness, anti
- ageing, beauty and pain management. maintain our high service standards we are committed to hiring people with true customer focus, proven sales background and a personal interest in health and wellbeing. CRM and communications platforms, social media, direct and electronic communications and campaigns.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide consistent, professional, courteous service
- Provide knowledge and experience based advice to satisfy customer enquiries
- Be able to meet individual sales and service targets whilst contributing to overall company goals
- Manage post-sales administration and follow-up in an organised and timely manner
- Communicate both verbally and in writing in a professional manner
- Respond to client requests in a timely manner
- Accurately record key sales and customer information in databases
- Be able to provide clear, accurate feedback from customers and suppliers in order to improve the customer experience and LondonCryo service levels
- Keep informed and educated on business and developments in the health/wellness sector
- Creating and loading cryotherapy, other web content and images
- Assisting with keeping contact software current and supporting social media campaigns
- **PREREQUISITES**
- Proven sales ability and experience in working in a results driven environment (preferably within retail or health and wellness industry)
- Proactive approach and ability to develop relationships with both businesses and the consumer
- Enthusiasm for health and fitness / proactively engaged in health and wellness
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Your role will be working predominately Monday — Friday, however the occasional weekend maybe required over peak seasons or to assist with events etc. **IT savvy, strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook ** Good grasp of English language — verbal & written, excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- **Excellent telephone manner**:

- Genuine passion and interest in nutrition, health, fitness and wellness
- Punctuality and accuracy is important
- Be proactive and forward thinking
- Must have lots of initiative, energy and a “can-do” attitude
- Able to work as a team and also autonomously
- Great team spirit
- Copywriting/blogging experience is a bonus
- Experience on computerised booking and reservations systems, preferably MindBody

Ability to work and contribute in a team atmosphere; Experience working in an environment with specific performance targets; Strong negotiating skills; Strong personal organisational skills; Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
