Compliance Administrator

**The Opportunity**
Working as a Compliance Administrator, you will report into the Business Assurance Director working within the Business Assurance team, this is a busy varied key role will provide an administration and management reporting support function with a particular emphasis on Quality Assurance activities. This is a Fixed Term Contract role for 12 months.
Located at our Regional Birmingham Office situated within walking distance from Birmingham International Train Station - it is a hybrid role.
**What you will be doing**
- Monitor policy/Business Assurance process template changes aligned to IMS and update documents accordingly
- Upkeep of BAI Hub page, SharePoint site, Teams Channel and functional systems and tools used
- Focal point for Audit tool administration and liaison with
- To assist in progressing incoming mail and calls from BAI mailbox/telephone
- Take ownership of monitoring and maintaining BAI training matrix
- Support the BAI in the review of company produced reports, registers, documentation and records
- Providing the Business Assurance Director with high-level, confidential administrative and secretarial support as and when required.
- Support in providing briefing, coaching and mentoring on the implementation of company arrangements in line with the role
- Liaise with client/customer representatives to foster a good relationship.
- Act as focal point for certification body contract administration.
- Manage teams calendar and meetings, attends internal and external business meetings as required, representing the company in a professional manner at all times (note taking/actions)
**What we will need from you**:
- Ability to operate collaboratively to promote a positive culture, but independent enough to call out issues or standards with a view to driving improvement.
- Must be a good team player
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, SharePoint, PowerPoint and online portals
- Good time management skills whilst being capable of taking ownership of workload and tasks and communicating outcomes
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, retaining a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Flexible and adaptable to respond to changing priorities
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Uncompromising approach to the working outside of business process
- Strong Communication skills (verbal and written and presentation)
