**The company**

Bay Tree Cleaning is an independent cleaning company, based in Sherborne. Established over 20 years ago it successfully provides regular cleaning services to domestic homes and commercial premises.

We are looking for someone who has
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work alone but also able to work as a team player within a job share role
- Previous office experience
- Someone who is a good communicator and who would enjoy building relationships with our cleaners and clients
- Ability to prioritise daily work loads and multi task
- Someone who enjoys the fact that no 2 days are ever the same

**The role**

We are looking for a part time office assistant to work on a self

**Duties to include**
- Dealing with client and cleaner enquires
- Upselling services
- Accounting queries
- Resolving existing queries and issues as they arise
- Managing cleaner’s timetables and schedules
- Maintain management systems and processes

**Experience and skills**
- Flexibility and ability to multitask
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Enjoy working on own and with others
- Administration experience
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to learn on the job and adapt to change
- Comfortable using social media

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
