**Job Title**: Customer Service Administrator
**Location**: Portslade, East Sussex
**Salary**: £20K-£22K per annum depending on experience
**Full Time, Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday's 8.30-4pm**
Our client is a major supplier to the electrical manufacturing industry based in Portslade, East Sussex. They are a family owned business established in 1937, we have been providing electrical connector solutions for over fifty years to the lighting and electronicsector. They are proud to offer a range in excess of 20,000 products from simple terminal blocks to surface mount PCB connectors and transformers.
They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator who has the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. An immediate start is available for the right person to join our friendly team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Dealing with enquiries
- Order processing
- Raising Quotes
- Filing
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
- Handling Telephone calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to adapt/ respond positively to different types of characters
**Requirements**:
- Be highly motivated with a positive, can do, flexible attitude.
- Have excellent time keeping and organised approach.
- Be a great team player, whilst also being able to work on own initiative.
- Possess strong IT skills.
- Previous Customer Service skills would be an advantage.
