**Pay Rate**: £13.53 per hour

**Shift Pattern**:Any 4 days a week from Mon-Sun between 8am - 7:45pm. This includes 4 weekend days to be worked over a 4 week period.

- Managing inbound customer calls relating to accounts and product
- Telephony and admin-based tasks to service customer queries
- Take ownership of customer problems and being able to solve them at first point of contact

**SKILLS**:

- Good oral & written communication
- A positive attitude towards providing excellent customer service which exceeds customer expectations
