Construction Administrator

Your new role**:About the role**

The main purpose is to support customer care and construction in the provision of high-quality care and service to our customers and internal team. This role encompasses a range of duties, some of which are ntoed below,
- Meeting customers and sub-contractors to discuss process and issues
- Diary Management - Construction Director
- Weekly time sheets - collate and forward to Payroll
- Processing Staff Holiday forms (Construction Based Staff)
- Weekly progress update (Site Stream)
- Asta Programme File Management

Required Qualifications/relevant industry experince:

- Understanding of the technical details of NHBC guidelines.
- Extensive administration experience within a similar environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Friendly and professional manner
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office packages and IT systems
