We are expanding our Energy sector and we are seeking highly experienced and motivated Senior and Principal Consultants to join our Newcastle HQ on both permanent and contract-based positions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored consulting services
- Provide technical and strategic guidance to project teams and clients
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and provide insights to clients
- Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the organization and with clients

**Requirements**:

- Ideally have at least 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in engineering, tech, wind, construction, or energy
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and manage large-scale projects and teams
- Willingness to travel as needed
