**As a Senior Recruitment Consultant working with us you will be responsible for**:
Managing your own desk - using your already honed sales and negotiation skills to undertake successful business development calls in order to win new business, building and establishing new professional relationships.

**Skills and experience we are looking for from you**:

- Minimum 12 months experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (any industry) carrying out business development calls in order to win new business and generate new leads
- Proven billing history
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Drive and determination to be successful, grow your career and earn lots of commission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
