Based in Preston, we are actively recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to work part-time on a 6-month contract basis for our leading aerospace and defence client.

**The Individual**

As a Procurement Administrator, you will be supporting the team by undertaking general administration tasks to aid the smooth running of the office

**Main Responsibilities will involve**:

- Supporting procurement capability to meet the operational needs of line management and the function
- Undertaking a range of duties - technical, administrative, and function-specific - across a range of systems
- Completing administration tasks for both legacy and future projects
- Engagement with stakeholders and suppliers to support the delivery of the service to the business
- Planning, scheduling, and monitoring own work within limited deadlines and according to relevant legislation and procedures

**Skills/Experience**
- IT literate and adaptable to working with different systems (training will be provided)
- Managing reporting in spreadsheets, presentations, or documents
- Data entry, retrieval, and database management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
