At The Orchard Practice, we are expanding our team and are looking for a Mortgage & Protection Administrator.

This is an opportunity to join a small team in an award-winning financial planning business and be a fundamental part of helping our clients achieve their goals and protect their future.

**About the role**
We are looking for a Mortgage & Protection Administrator who is self-motivated and also willing to work as part of a team to achieve the best outcome for our clients. You should have a proactive attitude and willingness to learn The Orchard Practice’s way of working. Experience of working within a financial planning / mortgage firm is essential.

As an overview, your tasks will involve
- Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
- Research and sourcing of Mortgage products
- Supporting and working closely with the financial planners and other team members
- Managing client documentation and recommendation reports
- Processing financial transactions within SLA
- Monitoring workflow to ensure all steps are complete
- Keep up to date with FCA regulations and internal policies and procedures
- Arranging client meetings and appointments
- Manage and maintain client data within the back office system
- Effectively communicate with clients and third-party service providers in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare accurate and timely documentation for client meetings
- Operate as prime point of contact for potential and existing client base

**Recruitment Process**:

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
