Mortgage Advisor

My Client, a leading Financial Services company based in Hertfordshire are currently recruiting for a Mortgage Advisor on a full time permanent contract.

Salary DOE

**You must hold a CEMAP qualification and have at least one year's experience as a Mortgage Advisor to be considered for this role.**

The role will involve -- Research and provide suitable mortgage outcomes for the clients you are dealing with
- Advise on specialist lending solutions to your clients
- Meeting compliance requirements in the delivery of an advised sale
- Deliver the highest possible service quality for your client
- Identify Protection opportunities
- Handling all leads in a timely manner
- Keeping up to date with ever-changing Lender's rate and criteria
- Keeping all admin up to date
- Self generating own pipeline through Introducers and Referrals

Skills and experience required -- Minimum of 12 months experience in the industry with the necessary CEMAP Qualificiation
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop, and taking initiative
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and expertise in using Intelligent Office would be desirable but not essential
