**Job Description:
**Are you a Mortgage adviser seeking an opportunity to work for a motivated, growing, and influential company?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing, vibrant company and to be able to contribute to their vision of delivering great customer service and advice to their clients.

Within this role you will support leads and clients provided to you by the practice, as well as discussing new business opportunities.

**Duties will include**:

- Research suitable mortgage outcomes for clients
- Understand and remain compliant
- Update and maintain the CRM systems
- Develop business
- Identify protection requirements and refer to the internal team
- Keep up to date with lenders rates and criteria
- Handle leads and generate pipeline through introducers and referrals

**Skills and experience required**:

- CeMAP qualification
- Experience providing Mortgage advice, ideally within specialist and complex cases, commercial finance, private banks etc.
- Positive, strong communication skills with a keen work ethic
- Adaptable with a willingness to learn
- IO experience advantageous although training provided
