We are recruiting a Community Wellbeing Outreach Officer to drive forward our ambition of supporting communities to be healthier and happier. The post holder will play a key role in providing outreach support to local communities in Shropshire, building networks, and working with key stakeholders to ensure good access to local services and support. The post holders will need a range of skills to support individuals and communities, and also to link into service planning.

The post holders will work at the core of our Shropshire communities, helping to understand issues relating to health and wellbeing that are felt to be most important to communities themselves; identifying gaps in service, engaging and supporting community-led action to address these issues.

Pay award pending 2023/2024.
