**Job description**:
The DDaT Enablers Training Lead is a key member of the Business Engagement Team. We are currently building our training capability within the directorate, and this role will play a vital part in supporting the organisation in adoption of change.

You will report directly into the Head of Training, Business Change and Communications and lead a team of Training Managers, drawing on your strong experience and expertise of training delivery to drive the successful rollout of training across the DDaT environment. You will be responsible for the maintenance, development and delivery of a high-quality training experience to Home Office stakeholders and key suppliers.

Your team will work with DDaT teams in order to help employees understand the importance and scope of the training and support the Training strategy. You will give guidance to Training Managers, helping them to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and benefits management of training delivery. You will also lead on Training Management activity, having accountability for overall training plans, working to ensure that change lands effectively in the organisation via the delivery of appropriate training interventions.

You will line manage a team of Training Managers, providing guidance and advice, and fostering an open collaborative culture within the team. You will also be drawing on your extensive experience of training creation and delivery to bring best practice to the team, and work on continuous improvement within the team.

This is a challenging and fast paced role, positioned at the heart of a dynamic and changing business. You will work within a dynamic team across a high paced environment. Business Engagement Team roles within DDaT are aligned to the Project Delivery Profession, for Project Delivery Professionals within Government.

**Person specification**:
Your main responsibilities will be:

- Developing a clear vision and standards in your team, ensuring alignment with DDaT Enablers Change.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of key technical and business concerns to design and deploy effective, timely interventions in close collaboration with the key DDaT Enablers workstreams.
- Senior stakeholder engagement. To manage and coordinate the design, development and implementation of creative, appropriate and effective training materials for the Home Office and third-party supplier organisations in line with frameworks set out by the Home Office.
- To be responsible for delivery of the training cycle from conception through to development, delivery and evaluation which include:

- Identification, validation and sign-off of ongoing training and learning support needs following the implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion.
- Ensuring that learning support materials remain relevant as the solution and associated processes continue to evolve.
- Management of the training development and delivery plan.
- Creation of innovative training methods that adhere to
